- "GUNDAM.INFO CAMPAIGN 2022" ("Lucky Draw") is hosted officially on the BANDAI SPIRITS campaign website at https://en-cpg.gundam.info/, until 27th February 2023 23:59 (US Eastern Standard Time) ("Campaign Period"). All data submitted beyond the Campaign Period will not be eligible for the Lucky Draw.
- Only GUNDAM.INFO or BANDAI NAMCO ID members ("Members") aged 18 or above are eligible to enter the Lucky Draw. Aged below 18 participants must obtain parental consent before entering the Lucky Draw.
Participants must register successfully through BANDAI NAMCO ID webpage www.bandainamcoid.com with necessary personal information to participate in the Lucky Draw.
- Employees of BANDAI SPIRITS, BANDAI SPIRITS's distributors, and retail stores are not eligible for this Lucky Draw.
- Campaign card(s) will be distributed at stores or event.

Participants are required to register a "BANDAI NAMCO ID" account and are eligible to participate the Lucky Draw unlimited times and win one prize only.
The 270 winners will be drawn randomly by a computer system on the Lucky Draw dates shown below. - All registration data recorded by server for the Lucky Draw shall be used and treated as final.
- Winners will be notified by email or phone within 1 month after the Lucky Draw end date about prize redemption.
BANDAI SPIRITS or BANDAI SPIRITS's official distributor will contact winners based on the email address provided on registration.
If winners cannot be reached due to incorrect information provided, BANDAI SPIRITS is not responsible for the missed opportunity.
- Winners' BANDAI NAMCO ID account must be valid during the Campaign Period and at the time of redemption. BANDAI SPIRITS reserves the right to withdraw prizes from winners without valid membership.
- For any dispute arising from this Lucky Draw, BANDAI SPIRITS's decision is final.
- All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other goods.
- BANDAI SPIRITS is not the supplier of the prizes. Any enquiry or complaint regarding the quality of a product or any related services should be directed the appropriate suppliers. BANDAI SPIRITS assumes no liability in this respect.
- BANDAI SPIRITS is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (include indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of accepting or using any of the prizes.
- Members who register for the Lucky Draw must ensure that all information provided, including personal communication details, are true and correct, and neither fraudulent nor of any third part.
If any registered Members violate any rules or commit any illegal acts that result in any losses on the part of BANDAI SPIRITS or any third parties, they are liable for all liabilities.
- If for any reason the Lucky Draw is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of BANDAI SPIRITS that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Lucky Draw, BANDAI SPIRITS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrants(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice.
- BANDAI SPIRITS reserves the rights to interpret these Terms and Conditions. For any dispute arising from this Lucky Draw, BANDAI SPIRITS's decision is final.
- The terms and conditions herein are governed by the laws of U.S.A..
- Members' registration for this Lucky Draw serves as their acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.

"Bandai", "BANDAI", "the Company" or "we" herein refers to BANDAI SPIRITS CO., LTD.
BANDAI SPIRITS cannot answer enquiries about this Lucky Draw campaign.
